The Hybrid Master of Applied AI for Business Transformation is designed for professionals who want to harness the power of artificial intelligence to transform how business is done.
You will learn to approach AI as an integrated business capability, applying it across strategy, operations and decision-making, not just as a standalone technology. The program focuses on three interconnected learning areas: Agentic AI and intelligent prompting, AI-driven business analytics, and AI-enabled business transformation.
Along the way, you’ll build skills that go beyond any single tool or platform, giving you confidence to adopt as AI continues to evolve. The Hybrid MAAIBT is delivered in Smeal’s unique hybrid format. You’ll move through the program in a supportive cohort, learning with the same group of peers and building meaningful relationships that strengthen each semester. You’ll connect in-person during brief on-campus immersions at the start of each semester and stay connected during live remote virtual classes. Capstone Project
Your capstone gives you the opportunity to apply everything you have learned in a real-world business context. You will design and implement AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges integrating agentic AI, intelligent prompting, and analytics into workflows, operations and strategy. Through this project, you will demonstrate your ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business impact, preparing you to lead AI adoption and transformation.
